With the development of society,the progress of the times and the further development of the era of big data,new media,especially microblog,WeChat,live broadcast software,as we enter the daily life,we have entered the"micro age".This new way of communicating,on the one hand,it has changed people's thinking mode and life concept,on the other hand,it has put forward new requirements for the ideological and political education of college students in the new era.In the era of opportunities and challenges,counselors should take effective and innovative ways to carry out ideological and political education.
