循证护理在泌尿外科护理质量管理中的应用探讨

Application of evidence-based nursing in urology nursing quality management

目的:探究循证护理在泌尿外科护理质量管理中的应用方法和效果。方法:选取本院2018年5月至2019年6月泌尿外科接收治疗的患者50例,将其分为两组,每组25人,分别给予其循证护理干预和常规护理干预。结果:循证护理组尿流量和膀胱压力评分均相对较高,而残余尿量则相对较少,差异比较,P<0.05。循证护理组患者的护理满意度为100.00%,常规护理组患者的护理满意度为84.00%,循证护理组患者的护理满意度高于常规护理组患者,对数据差异进行比较,P<0.05。结论:在泌尿外科护理工作中将循证护理干预进行应用,能够有效提高护理质量管理工作效率,改善患者临床症状,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床提高注意程度,进行积极推广。

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of evidence-based nursing in quality management of urological nursing.Methods:50 patients in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled in the urology department.They were divided into two groups,25 patients in each group,and their evidence-based nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention were given respectively.Results:The urine flow and bladder pressure scores of the evidence-based nursing group were relatively high,while the residual urine volume was relatively small,and the difference was compared,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the evidence-based nursing group was 100.00%,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the routine nursing group was 84.00%.The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the evidence-based nursing group was higher than that in the conventional nursing group,and the data differences were compared,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing intervention in urology nursing can effectively improve the efficiency of nursing quality management,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.It is worthy of clinical attention and positive promotion.
