葡萄糖静脉滴注治疗小儿低血糖的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of intravenous glucose infusion on children with hypoglycemia

目的:探讨葡萄糖静脉滴注治疗小儿低血糖的效果。方法:针对2018年6月至2019年5月前来本院就诊的低血糖患儿,从中选择83例患儿作为本次研究的对象,采用奇偶数法随机分为两组,研究组患儿42例,对照组患儿41例。研究组患儿采用葡萄糖静脉滴注治疗,对照组患儿采用口服含葡萄糖食物治疗。治疗后,比较两组患儿血糖水平、血糖纠正时间、总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组患儿血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿血浆血糖浓度为(3.74±0.51)mmol/L,明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿血糖纠正时间为(13.16±1.54)min,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为95.24%,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对低血糖患儿实施葡萄糖静脉滴注治疗可以较短时间内纠正血糖水平,使患儿血糖水平恢复正常,效果良好。

Objective:To investigate the effect of intravenous glucose infusion on children with hypoglycemia.Methods:A total of 83 children with hypoglycemia who came to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.The odd-even method was randomly divided into two groups,and 42 patients in the experimental group.There were 41 children in the control group.The children in the experimental group were treated with intravenous glucose infusion,and the children in the control group were treated with oral glucose-containing food.After treatment,blood glucose levels,blood glucose correction time,and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the plasma glucose concentration in the experimental group was(3.74±0.51)mmol/L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose correction time of the experimental group was(13.16±1.54)minutes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.24%,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous glucose infusion for children with hypoglycemia can correct blood sugar levels in a short period of time,so that the blood sugar level of the child returns to normal and the effect is good.
