Improvement of Rural Planning in Rural Revitalization:An Analysis Based on the Actor-Network Theory

基于一个乡村规划竞赛项目,检验了行动者网络理论在我国乡村规划中的运用.在编制成果过程中,设计团队引入行动者网络理论分析了相关行动者的利益诉求,梳理了各行为主体间互动的关系,探索了如何构建乡村行动者网络,寻找利益共同点来提升乡村规划“共同缔造”设计理念的落实.通过行动者网络理论的运用,检视我国乡村规划目前普遍存在的问题,并针对性地提出改进建议,以提高我国地方政府的乡村治理能力和规划实施效力.

Based on a rural planning competition project,the application of the actor network theory in rural planning in China is tested.In the process of making the competition plan,the design team introduced the theory of actors'networks to analyze the interests of relevant actors,constructed the interactions among various actors,explored how to build a network of actors,and sought common ground to improve rural planning by adopting the concept of“co-creation”.Through the application of the actor network theory,the problems currently existing in rural planning in China are also further studied,and suggestions for improvement are made to improve the rural governance capacity and planning effectiveness of local governments in China.
