PVA/SS复合纳米纤维的形态研究

摘要 以去离子水为溶剂,配制聚乙烯醇(PVA)和丝胶(SS)质量分数不同的PVA/SS共混液,并采用静电纺丝技术纺制PVA/SS复合纳米纤维膜。研究PVA/SS复合纳米纤维的表面形貌和直径,发现当PVA质量分数在6.0%~10.0%,PVA与SS质量比不小于1时,都能纺制出PVA/SS复合纳米纤维。该研究结果有利于将废旧丝胶再生制成功能性新材料。 By using deionized water as the solvent,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/silk sericin(SS)blended spinning solutions were prepared with different mass fractions of PVA and SS,and PVA/SS composite nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning technique.The surface morphology and diameter of PVA/SS composite nanofibers were studied,and it was found that under the conditions of PVA mass fraction was 6.0%~10.0%,and PVA and SS mass ratio was not less than 1,the PVA/SS composite nanofibers could be spun.The research results were conducive to the regeneration of waste silk sericin into functional new materials.
