摘要
以160 tex芳纶长丝束为原料,选用三维角联锁结构,织造不同纬纱密度的常规贯穿角联锁织物和添加衬经的角联锁织物。采用可模塑因子对制备的三维角联锁织物的可模塑性能进行预测,并测试它们的变形深度,分析影响三维角联锁织物可模塑性能的因素。结果表明由于制备的三维角联锁织物的纬纱密度一般较大,所以其可模塑性能主要受纬纱密度的影响;随着纬纱密度的增加,三维角联锁织物的可模塑性能降低;相同纬纱密度的常规贯穿角联锁织物和带有衬经的角联锁织物,具有基本相同的可模塑性。考虑到强度及厚度,对增强复合材料来说,添加衬经是更好的选择。
Taking 160 tex aramid filament tows as raw materials and choosing 3D angle-interlock structure,the conventional intersecting angle-interlock fabrics with different weft densities and the angle-interlock fabric with added warp insertion were woven.The mouldability of the prepared 3D angle-interlock fabrics was evaluated by using mouldability factor,and their deformation depth was measured.And the factors affecting the mouldability of 3D angle-interlock fabrics were analyzed.The results showed that,because the weft densities of the prepared 3D angle-interlock fabrics were generally high,their mouldability was mainly affected by the weft density.With the increase of weft density,the mouldability of 3D angle-interlock fabrics decreased.The conventional intersecting angle-interlock fabric and the angle-interlock fabric with added warp insertion sharing the same weft density,had almost the same mouldability.Considering the strength and thickness,adding warp was a better choice for the reinforced composite.
