摘要
先利用无载体染色法及低温着色法对纤维进行染色,然后采用相同的纺、织工艺制备规格相同、颜色不同的4种芳纶1414/芳纶1313/阻燃黏胶纤维混纺电弧防护面料。利用织物强力测试仪、阻燃性能测试仪、电弧防护性能测试系统,并结合单因素方差分析法,系统分析面料颜色对该电弧防护面料力学性能、阻燃性能和电弧防护性能的影响规律。结果表明面料颜色对力学性能和阻燃性能没有显著影响,对电弧防护性能具有显著影响,其中藏青电弧防护面料的电弧防护性能最好。
By using carrier-free dyeing method and low-temperature dyeing method,fibers were dyed.Then four kinds of aramid 1414/aramid 1313/flame retardant viscose fibers blended arc protective fabrics with the same specifications while different colors were prepared by the same spinning and weaving process.The influence of fabric color on the mechanical properties,flame retardant properties and arc protection performance of the arc protective fabrics was systematically analyzed by using fabric strength tester,flame retardant performance tester,arc protection performance test system and one-way ANOVA method.The results suggested that the fabric color had no significant effect on the mechanical properties and the flame retardant properties,but the arc protection performance was significantly affected,and the navy arc protection fabric had the best arc protection performance.
