浙江省“加快发展地区”数字经济发展路径研究

Research on pursuit trajectories of digital economy development for“Accelerated Developing Regions” of Zhejiang province

数字经济已成为现代化建设的重中之重。对浙江省而言,打破区域发展的“不平衡不充分”瓶颈,是促进区域经济协调发展的重要战略,也是全面纵深推进全省数字经济再上新台阶的第一要务。浙江省“加快发展地区”尤其应当紧抓机会窗口期,找到切实可行的数字经济高质量发展路径。在背景现状和机遇挑战分析基础上,提出了“加快发展地区”数字经济重点追赶领域与追赶路径,并渐进式地提出了推动数字经济高质量发展的四大方面举措建议,从而提供了利用数字技术与模式推动经济社会各领域变革的分析框架,并为各地发挥数字经济倍增效益,实现区域发展变道超车,提供战略与政策参考。

Digital economy is playing an essential role in modernization construction.In order to comprehensively promote the overall development of Zhejiang s digital economy,it is vital to overcome unbalanced and inadequate contradiction of regional development.As a result,seizing opportunities and exploring feasible paths to digital economy catching-up is vital for Zhejiang s“Accelerated Developing Regions”.Based on the analysis of challenges and opportunities,this paper proposes the key fields and pursuit trajectories of digital economy development for those regions,as well as putting forward suggestions from four perspectives for high quality development of digital economy,aiming to propose analysis framework and provide references for achieving regional economic leaping by“Accelerated Developing Regions”.
