黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床研究

Value of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with TCM point application therapy in treating spleen and stomach deficiency cold chronic gastritis

目的探究黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床价值。方法选择该院自2016年1月至2019年5月收治的100例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,采用单双号法将其分为两组,单号为对照组,双号为研究组,每组50例,对照组采用常规西药(奥美拉唑+甲硝唑+阿莫西林+胶体果胶铋)治疗,研究组采用黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的中医症状评分、生活质量评分、治疗期间的不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率、幽门螺杆菌转阴率及病症复发率。结果治疗前,两组患者中医症状评分、生活质量评分对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者中医症状评分、治疗期间的不良反应发生率及病症复发率均显著低于对照组,研究组患者生活质量评分、治疗总有效率及幽门螺杆菌转阴率均显著高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床价值显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical value of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold.Methods From January 2016 to May 2019,100 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type were divided into two groups by single and double number method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(omeprazole metronidazole amoxicillin colloidal pectin bismuth),and the study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.The scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Quality of life score,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,total effective rate,negative conversion rate of HP and recurrence rate.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The quality of life score,the total effective rate of treatment and the negative rate of HP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine The clinical value of treating chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold is remarkable and worth popularizing.
