护理质量控制体系在心内科护理管理中的应用

Application of nursing quality control system in nursing management of cardiology

目的心内科护理管理中应用护理质量控制体系的应用效果研究。方法以2019年1-6月在该院心内科接受治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,按照护理方法的不同,将患者分为试验组(n=40)和常规组(n=40),试验组给予质量控制体系护理模式,常规组给予临床常规护理模式。分别收集两组患者的护理质量和护理满意度的数据,对比结果的不同,从而分析护理效果。结果试验组的护理质量得分明显高于常规组(P<0.05),试验组的护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论护理质量控制体系在心内科护理管理中的应用,明显提高了医护人员的护理质量,同时患者的护理满意度也得到了显著的提升,效果显著。

Objective Study on the application effect of nursing quality control system in the nursing management of cardiology department.Methods A total of80 patients who were treated in the cardiology department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were taken as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,the patients were divided into experimental group(n=40)and conventional group(n=40).The experimental group was given quality control system nursing mode,and the conventional group was given clinical conventional nursing mode.The data of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were collected,and the results were compared to analyze the nursing effect.Results The nursing quality score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(95.36±4.24 and 65.23±7.13 respectively).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,97.5%and 85%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing quality control system in the nursing management of Cardiology Department has improved the nursing quality of medical staff,and the patients'nursing satisfaction has also been significantly improved.It has high application and promotion value.
