唇腭裂患者术后鼻唇部畸形的Ⅱ期整复方法及效果分析

目的分析唇腭裂患者术后鼻唇部畸形的Ⅱ期整复方法及效果。方法选择该院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的63例唇腭裂患者,采用随机数字表法将患者平均分为3组,A组(21例,上唇组织较多的患者)采用鼻底叉形瓣延长鼻小柱治疗,B组(21例,闭合上唇畸形相对较轻的患者)采用Noordhof整复法治疗,C组(21例,鼻唇畸形相对严重且合并上唇过紧的患者)采用前唇组织瓣延长鼻小柱治疗,对比3组患者的治疗有效率及治疗满意度。结果63例患者经过不同的修复方式状态良好者46例(占有率73.02%)、状态一般者17例(占有率26.98%);患者的治疗满意度评分为(92.39±3.45)分,总体治疗效果较好。结论唇腭裂患者术后鼻唇部畸形,根据鼻唇部畸形的不同类型采用对应的整复方法效果确切,可以在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective To analyze the method and effect of stageⅡrestoration of nasolabial deformity in patients with cleft lip and palate.Methods A total of 63 patients with cleft lip and palate treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected.The random number table method was divided into 3 groups on average.Group A(21 patients with more upper lip tissues)used nasal Bottom fork-shaped prolonged nasal column treatment,group B(21 cases,patients with relatively closed upper lip deformities)were treated with Noordhof restoration,group C(21 cases,patients with relatively severe nose and lip deformities and combined upper lip tightening)The anterior labial tissue flap was used to extend the nasal column to compare the treatment efficiency and treatment satisfaction of the three groups of patients.Results Of the 63 patients,46 were in good condition(73.02%occupancy rate)and 17 were in normal condition(26.98%occupancy rate)after different repair methods;the treatment satisfaction score of the patients was(92.39±3.45)points,and the overall treatment The effect is better.Conclusion The patients with cleft lip and palate have postoperative nasal and lip deformities.According to the different types of nasal and lip deformities,the corresponding restoration method is effective and can be used clinically.
