采用前臂Kiss皮瓣修复口腔颌面部肿瘤术后缺损及功能重建的临床效果研究

目的研究前臂Kiss皮瓣修复口腔颌面部肿瘤患者术后缺损及功能重建的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月该院收治的口腔颌面部肿瘤患者50例作为研究对象,根据手术先后顺序分为研究组和对照组,每组25例。对照组采用常规治疗方法进行术后缺损及功能重建,研究组再常规治疗基础上配合前臂Kiss皮瓣修复法进行术后缺损及功能重建。比较两组患者吞咽功能、语音功能、治疗满意度及疗效。结果研究组患者治疗后吞咽功能、语音功能均得到明显改善,有效率、治疗满意度均较高,各项指标与对照组比较均存在明显优势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前臂Kiss皮瓣修复对口腔颌面部肿瘤术后患者的疗效较好,对改善患者术后口腔颌面部外观及恢复口腔功能均具有重要作用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of kiss flap of forearm in repairing the defects and functional reconstruction of patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,50 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors admitted to the hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the sequence of surgery,they were divided into the study group and the control group,25 cases in each group.In the control group,the defect and functional reconstruction were performed by conventional treatment,and in the study group,the defect and functional reconstruction were performed by combining with kiss flap of forearm on the basis of conventional treatment.The swallowing function,speech function,treatment satisfaction and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the swallowing function and voice function of the patients in the study group were significantly improved,the effective rate and treatment satisfaction were higher,and each index had obvious advantages compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The repair of kiss flap of forearm has a good effect on the patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor after operation,and it has an important role in improving the appearance of oral and maxillofacial and restoring the oral function.
