冠心病合并糖尿病的临床护理方法与效果研究

Clinical nursing method and effect analysis of coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes

目的探讨多样性护理管理用于冠心病合并糖尿病患者的效果及临床价值。方法选取2016年5月至2017年7月该院收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者79例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(40例)和对照组(39例)。住院治疗期间对照组给予常规护理管理,研究组在常规护理管理基础上实施多样性护理管理。比较两组患者护理效果。结果研究组患者护理后血压值和血糖值控制情况均明显优于对照组,护理后生活质量评分也明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并糖尿病治疗期间给予多样性护理管理能显著提患者血糖值、血压值控制效果,提升其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect and clinical value of diversity nursing management in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes.Methods A total of79 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus who visited our hospital from May 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group(40 cases)and control group(39 cases).During the period,the control group was given routine nursing management,and the experimental group implemented diversity nursing management on this basis to compare the nursing effects.Results After nursing,the control of blood pressure and blood sugar in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing management during coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes can significantly improve the blood sugar level and blood pressure control effect and improve the quality of life.It is worthy of clinical application.
