摘要
目的探究CICARE沟通模式在儿科护理中的应用效果及对护患纠纷的影响。方法选取2019年2-9月我院儿科收治的患儿120例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组采用常规沟通模式,研究组进行CICARE沟通模式。比较两组护患纠纷情况。结果研究组患儿各项相关指标均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用CICARE沟通模式能减少护患纠纷的发生,通过提高沟通效率达到更高的满意度,改善护患关系。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of CICARE communication model in pediatric nursing and its effect on nursing-patient disputes.Methods A total of 120 children admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to September 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,each with 60 cases.The former nursing staff used conventional communication training and the latter conducted CICARE communication mode.Results All related indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CICARE communication mode can reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes,and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
