摘要
目的了解重庆市某三甲医院住院患者营养风险发生率及营养不良状况。方法采用定点连续抽样方法收集2017年12月到2018年4月住院患者进行营养风险筛查评分(NRS2002),并对NRS2002≥3分的住院患者以体重指数为标准评价其营养状况。结果抽样的新入院患者3924例,其中3712例(94.6%)完成数据收集,营养风险发生率为11.7%(435/3715);抽样的住院患者27544例,其中25986例(94.3%)完成数据收集,营养风险发生率为43.0%(11169/25986)。新入院患者营养风险发生率明显低于已住院患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。11169例住院有营养风险患者营养不良率为48.4%(5409/11169)。结论已住院患者营养风险发生率明显高于新入院者,且营养不良比例较高。及时对已入院患者进行营养风险复筛有助于了解患者的营养状况,及时制定营养干预方案。
Objective To understand the incidence of nutritional risk and malnutrition of inpatients in third grade hospital in Chongqing.Methods Using fixed-point continuous sampling:The nutritional risk screening scores(NRS2002)of inpatients from December 2017 to April 2018 were collected,and the nutritional status of inpatients with NRS2002≥3 was evaluated by body mass index(BMI).Results The number of newly admitted patients:3924,of which 3712(94.6%)completed data collection,and the incidence of nutritional risk was 11.7%(435/3715);The number of inpatients:27544,25986(94.3%)completed data collection,and the incidence of nutritional risk was 43.0%(11169/25986).Among 11169 patients with nutritional risk,the malnutrition rate was 48.4%(5409/11169).The incidence of nutritional risk in newly admitted patients was significantly lower than that in admitted patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of nutritional risk in hospitalized patients was significantly higher than that in newly admitted patients,and the proportion of malnutrition was higher.Timely rescreening of the hospitalized patients is helpful to understand the nutritional status of the patients and make nutritional intervention plan in time.
