一期高黏骨水泥PVP术联合体位复位治疗多节段老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的疗效 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨高黏骨水泥经皮椎体成形术(PVP)联合体位复位治疗多节段老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月至2016年8月确诊为新鲜多节段胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折老年患者38例,术前进行骨折处过伸体位复位后进行PVP灌注高黏骨水泥,评价术前及术后3 d,3、12个月时疼痛视觉模拟评分、椎体高度恢复率及椎体后凸Cobb角,并统计骨水泥渗漏率。结果与术前比较,38例患者治疗后均能有效缓解疼痛症状,术后各时间点椎体高度明显恢复,椎体后凸Cobb角明显减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且骨水泥渗漏率较低。结论高黏骨水泥椎成形术联合体位复位是治疗多节段老年性胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折有效及安全的方法。
