童鞋外底硬度的测量不确定度评定

Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation of Outsole Hardness of Children’s Footwear

通过对童鞋外底硬度进行不确定度评定,分析了重复性测定、邵尔A硬度计和数值结果修约3个分量对测试结果的影响。结果表明,邵尔A硬度计的不确定度分量对合成不确定度的贡献较大,其次是重复性测定和数值结果修约。测量结果报告可表示为:外底硬度(左)为(77±2)°;(右)为(78±2)°。

Through evaluating the measurement uncertainty of the outsolehardness of children’s footwear, the influence of the repeatability measurement, the shore A durometers and the rounding off of the numerical results on the test results was analyzed. The results show that the uncertainty component of the shore Adurometers contributes a lot to the synthesis uncertainty, followed by the repeatability measurement and the rounding off of numerical results. The measurement result report can be expressed as: outsole hardness(left):(77±2) °;(right):(78±2) °.
