长期家庭氧疗配合呼吸肌训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生活质量的影响

The effect of long-term family oxygen therapy combined with respiratory muscle training on the quality of life of patients with COPD at stable stage

目的探讨长期家庭氧疗配合呼吸肌训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法选择2019年1月—6月入住我院的COPD稳定期出院患者60例,按照先后顺序分为对照组和干预组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上给予长期家庭氧疗配合呼吸肌训练,比较2组患者干预前后的肺功能指标变化、干预后的病情变化情况和生活质量。结果干预前2组患者的肺功能指标无显著性差异(P>0.05),干预后干预组患者的肺功能指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05):干预组的急性发作次数、住院次数均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的SGRQ评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者进行长期家庭氧疗配合呼吸肌训练,可显著改善肺功能,降低急性发作次数及住院次数,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of long-term family oxygen therapy combined with respiratory muscle training on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage.Methods From January 2019 to June 2019,60 COPD patients in stable period were divided into control group and intervention group.The control group was given routine nursing training,the intervention group was given long-term home oxygen therapy combined with respiratory muscle training on the basis of routine nursing training.The changes of pulmonary function indexes,the changes of disease condition and the quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the pulmonary function index of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the number of acute attacks and hospitalization of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SGRQ score of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term family oxygen therapy combined with respiratory muscle training nursing can significantly improve lung function,reduce the number of acute attacks and hospitalization,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
