摘要
目的分析10个不同产地牛大力的总黄酮、多糖及其微量元素的含量差异,为更好开发利用牛大力提供依据。方法采用超声提取法和紫外-可见分光光度法测定牛大力的总黄酮及多糖含量;采用ICP-MES测定20种微量元素的含量。结果10个产地的牛大力的总黄酮和多糖含量差异较大,K、Ca、Mg、Al、Zn、Sr元素的含量较高,且重金属含量均未超标。结论饶平的总黄酮含量最高,但含糖量最少;江门的多糖含量最高,且总黄酮含量也较高;K、Ca对牛大力的生长可能具有较大影响;10个产地的牛大力均未受重金属污染。
OBJECTIVE To understand and analysis the differences content of total flavonoids,polysaccharides and trace elements in M.specisoa Champ.from 10 producing areas,and to provide proof for better development and utilization of M.specisoa Champ.METHODS Determinate the total flavonoids and polysaccharides by ultrasonic extraction and UV spectrophotometry;and the contents of the mineral elements were measured by ICP-MES.RESULTS The total flavonoids and polysaccharides content of M.specisoa Champ.from 10 areas were very different;The M.specisoa Champ.were rich in mineral elements,among which the contents of K,Ca,Mg,Al,Zn and Sr were higher;The heavy metals content of all samples met the standard.CONCLUSION The total flavonoids of Raoping was the highest,but the polysaccharides was the least.The polysaccharides of Jiangmen was the highest and the total flavonoid was also high.K and Ca might have a great influence on the growth of M.specisoa Champ.All samples were not polluted by heavy metals.
