摘要
目的建立了超高效液相色谱法测定阿普唑仑片的含量的分析方法。方法采用Waters ABC超高效液相色谱仪,2489紫外检测器,Empower工作站,Waters C 18色谱柱(100mm×2.1mm,1.8μm),检测波长254nm,流动相为乙腈-水(含0.1%甲酸)(35∶65),流速为0.3mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃,进样量2μL。结果阿普唑仑的质量浓度在4~50μg·mL^-1范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.7%(n=9)。结论该方法能准确、有效地控制阿普唑仑片的质量,且快速,高效,稳定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of the content of alprazolam tablets by UPLC.METHODS Waters ABC ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography was used with 2489 ultraviolet detector,Empower workstation and Waters C 18 column(100mm×2.1mm,1.8μm).The detection wavelength was 254nm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(containing 0.1%formic acid)(35∶65)at a flow rate of 0.3mL·min^-1,the column temperature was 30℃and the injection volume was 2μL.RESULTS The mass concentration of alprazolam showed a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 4-50μg·mL^-1.The average recovery rate was 99.7%,RSD=0.7%(n=9).CONCLUSION This method can accurately and effectively control the quality of alprazolam tablets and it is fast,efficient and stable.
