在新的历史发展时期,国家对于城镇化发展及建设的重视程度不断提升,同时也出台了多元化的政策以支持城镇化发展。在城镇化发展趋势不断深入的前提下,开展现代小区规划设计具有重要意义,如何做出更加高效、合理的小区建筑规划设计,不仅影响着城镇化发展水平,同时也影响着小区业主的居住生活质量。鉴于此,本文以城镇化为背景,对现代小区建筑规划设计现状及前景展开分析。

In the new historical development period,the state has paid more attention to the development and construction of urbanization,and has also issued diversified policies to encourage the development of urbanization.Under the premise of deepening the development trend of urbanization,it is worth paying attention to the development of modern community planning and design.How to make more efficient and reasonable community building planning and design not only affects the development level of urbanization,but also affects the quality of living of community owners.In view of this,this paper analyzes the current situation and prospects of the planning and design of modern residential buildings under the background of urbanization.
