基于大科学装置的健康产业园规划策略探析

Exploration on the Planning Strategy of Health Industry Park based on Big Scientific Equipment

大科学装置作为以实现国家重大科学技术为目标的大型综合研究设施,正成为我国科技创新的重要驱动力。近年来,在“健康中国”战略指引下,我国健康产业园建设进入了快车道,然而仍存在创新乏力、同质化竞争和低质量发展等问题,难以满足新时期的发展需求。文章创新性地将大科学装置引入健康产业园规划中,提出了构建开放平台、融入全球网络,强化功能复合、促进产城融合,营造特色空间、提升园区品位三大规划策略,以期为我国健康产业园创新发展提供借鉴意义。

As a large-scale comprehensive research facility aimed at realizing the country’s major science and technology,the large scientific device is becoming an important driving force of scientific and technological innovation in China.Recently,under the guidance of the strategy of“Healthy China”,the construction of China’s health industrial park has entered the fast lane,but there are still some problems such as lack of innovation,homogenization competition and low-quality development,which cannot meet the development needs of the new period.The paper innovatively introduces the large scientific device into the health industry park planning,and proposes three major planning strategies for building an open platform and integrating into the global network:strengthening functional recombination and promoting the integration of production and city;creating distinctive spaces and improving the quality of the park,in order to provide a reference for the innovation and development of the health industrial park in our country.
