北方建筑节能改造方向研究

Research on the Direction of Energy Efficiency Reconstruction in Northern Buildings

摘要 近年来我国建筑规模不断扩大,每年都要新建面积17亿~18亿m2的建筑,基本超过了世界上发达地区每年建成建筑面积的总和。但是随着建筑行业的不断发展,我国建筑行业的能耗也在不断增长,而且高能耗建筑在我国建筑中占有很大的比例,节能建筑仅有1%左右,建筑节能研究迫在眉睫。因此,本文以北方寒冷地区建筑为例,探讨了北方建筑在建筑围护结构、采暖措施、新能源利用等方面的节能改造方向。 In recent years,the scale of China’s construction has been expanding.New buildings with an area of about 1.7 billion to 1.8 billion square meters are constructed every year,which basically exceeds the total annual construction area of developed regions in the world.However,with the rapid development of the construction industry,the energy consumption of the construction industry in our country is also constantly increasing,and high-energy-consumption buildings account for a large proportion of China’s buildings.Energy-saving buildings are only about 1%,and the research on building energy conservation is imminent.Therefore,this paper takes the buildings in northern cold areas as an example,and discusses the energy-saving transformation direction of northern buildings in terms of heating measures,building structures,and new energy utilization.
