古镇火灾防控实用对策探究——以云南易武古镇为例

Exploration on Practical Countermeasures for Fire Prevention and Contro lin Ancient Towns——A Case of Yiwu Ancient Town in Yunnan

古镇文化具有二元性,即历史性和现代性。传统历史积淀(传统建筑风貌、民风民俗)与现代生活方式(生活习惯、思维方式、精神追求、现代设施)的冲突涵盖物质与精神两大层面。在古城镇发展过程中,历史性与现代性的冲撞越来越激烈,成为认识与解决古城镇保护与开发问题的关键。文章以云南易武古镇为例,对古城镇保护与开发过程中存在的消防安全问题进行了深入调研,并结合国家政策法规提出针对性策略和建议。

The culture of ancient cities and towns is dualistic—both historical and modern.The collision between traditional historical accumulation(traditional architecture,style and feature,folk custom)and modern life style(living habits,thinking mode,spiritual pursuit,modern facilities)covers material and spiritual aspects.In the development of ancient towns,the conflict between historicity and modernity becomes more and more intense.Taking the ancient town of Yiwu in Mengla of Yunnan as an example,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the traditional and realistic fire safety problems existing in the process of protection and development of the ancient town,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the national policies and regulations.
