摘要
随着我国铁路建设的飞速发展,桥梁施工技术日益成熟,高速铁路跨越繁忙铁路干线桥梁不断增多,为保证既有营业线铁路的行车安全,平转法连续梁在跨越营业线施工中有着特殊的优势。转体连续梁称重部分则是整个桥梁是否能够顺利合龙的关键,通过运用BIM技术与平衡称重试验结合的方法,对称重时的测量结果进行分析,并利用三维模型模拟试转,确定合适的配重位置,确定正式转体时的最佳转体牵引力等参数,并提前发现转体施工过程中的问题,制定有效的措施,最大限度地降低施工对行车安全的影响。
With the rapid development of railway construction in China,bridge construction technology is becoming more and more mature,and the number of bridges across busy railway trunk lines is increasing.In order to reduce the traffic safety of the business line railway,the continuous beam construction with horizontal rotation method has special advantages in the crossing construction.The weighing part of the rotating continuous beam is the key to the successful closure of the whole bridge.By using the BIM Technology and the balance weighing test method,the measurement results of the symmetrical weight are analyzed,and the three-dimensional model is used to simulate the test run,to determine the appropriate balance weight position,to determine the optimal rotation traction force and other parameters during the normal rotation,and to find out the problems in the rotation construction process in advance.It puts forward effective measures to greatly reduce the impact of construction on traffic safety.
