高职院校产教融合绩效评价体系的构建与应用 被引量:5

摘要 产教融合绩效评价是衡量高职院校办学水平的重要途径和现实需要。基于教育经济效率理论和利益相关者理论视角,运用德尔菲法和MATLAB数学软件,从产教融合投入、产教融合过程、产教融合效益三个维度构建评价体系。基于模糊综合评价法,将该评价体系应用于三个样本院校的横向和纵向比较。实证研究表明,该评价体系具有较高的信度和可操作性,有利于高职院校进行横向和纵向比较,也适用于高职院校主管部门和第三方评价机构进行产教融合绩效评价。 Performance evaluation of industry education integration is an important way and practical need to measure the level of higher vocational colleges.Based on the theory of educational economic efficiency and stakeholder theory,using Delphi method and Matlab mathematical software,the evaluation system is constructed from three dimensions:input,process and benefit of industry education integration.Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE),the evaluation system is applied to the horizontal and vertical comparison of three sample colleges.The empirical study shows that the evaluation system has high reliability and operability,which is conducive to the horizontal and vertical comparison of higher vocational colleges,and also suitable for the performance evaluation of the integration of industry and education by the competent departments of Higher Vocational Colleges and the third-party evaluation institutions.
