高职机械类专业低就业率的反思及干预措施

Reflection on the Low Employment Rate of Machinery Major in Higher Vocational Education and its Intervention Measures

结合《2019年中国高职高专生就业报告》及高职院校W机械类专业2020届毕业生就业情况,对机械类专业就业率降低的原因展开分析,发现这与毕业生自身观念与能力有关之外,也与学校引导、政策支持和行业发展有关。对此,从加强教育引导、促进职业资格能力的鉴定、提升行业良性发展等方面提出建议。

Combined with the employment report of China’s vocational college students,taking the employment situation of W machinery major graduates in vocational college,analyze the reasons for the decrease of employment rate of machinery major and find that it is not only related to their own ideas and abilities,but also related to school guidance,policy support and industry development.In this regard,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of strengthening education guidance,promoting the identification of vocational qualification ability and the benign development of the industry.
