摘要
高校网络舆情的产生、蔓延、爆发、回落的背后都有不同的触发点,这些触发点决定着整个网络舆论场的力量博弈以及舆情走势。在网络舆情的演变过程之中,舆情处在不同的生命周期阶段要采用不同的应对方法,可采取加强网络舆情监控、找出网络舆情产生的主要矛盾、切割有害信息、培养意见领袖、做好善后工作等应对举措,营造和谐积极的舆论环境,构建清朗的网络空间。
There are different trigger points behind the emergence,spread,outbreak and fall of the network public opinion in Colleges and universities,which determine the power game and public opinion trend of the whole network public opinion field.In the process of the evolution of Internet public opinion,the public opinion in different life cycle stages should adopt different response methods.We can take measures to strengthen the monitoring of Internet public opinion,find out the main contradictions of Internet public opinion,cut harmful information,train opinion leaders,do a good job in the aftermath,and create a harmonious and construct positive public opinion environment and a clear Internet space.
