高职酒店管理专业现代学徒制课程体系的构建探索——以阳江职业技术学院酒店管理专业为例

现代学徒制人才培养模式强调校企双主体培养,现代学徒制人才培养目标的实现归根结底需要相应校企合作课程体系的搭建与落实。本文在分析重构酒店管理专业现代学徒制课程体系的必要性的基础上,提出构建现代学徒制酒店管理课程体系的思路,搭建了现代学徒制的课程体系框架,探索实现“酒店学徒—酒店基层员工—基层管理者”三阶递进培养目标的校企课程模块内容,校企深度合作,真正实现“校企双主体”培养高素质酒店基层管理人才的教育目标。

The modern apprenticeship talent training mode emphasizes the cultivation of school enterprise dual subject.The realization of the goal of modern apprenticeship talent training in the final analysis requires the establishment and implementation of the corresponding school enterprise cooperation curriculum system.Based on the analysis of the necessity of reconstructing the modern apprenticeship curriculum system of hotel management specialty,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing the modern apprenticeship curriculum system of hotel management,builds the framework of the modern apprenticeship curriculum system,explores the school enterprise curriculum module content of realizing the three-level progressive training goal of"Hotel apprenticeship-basic level staff of Hotel-basic level manager",deep cooperation between school and enterprise,truth It is to realize the educational goal of"school enterprise double main body"to cultivate high-quality hotel management talents at the grass-roots level.
