高职会展策划与管理专业实践教学体系的构建——以广州东华职业学院为例

On Constructing Practical Teaching System of Convention and Exhibition Major in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Guangzhou Donghua College for Instance

在国家“一带一路”倡议实施与建设粤港澳大湾区的时代背景下,针对高职院校会展专业建设与会展专业教学实际,可以采取以下具体措施建构会展专业实践教学体系:(1)完善人才培养方案,加强实践课程的比例;(2)全面加强校内实训,提升综合素质与技能;(3)积极开展课外实践活动,了解行业发展趋势;(4)“以赛促学、以赛促训”,锻炼提高实践应用能力;(5)针对性开展顶岗实习,理论与实践有机整合;(6)加强校企合作,探索“订单式”人才培养模式。

Under the background of the National“Belt and Road Initiative”and the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,aiming at the professional construction of exhibitions and the professional teaching of exhibitions in higher vocational colleges,this paper tries to analyze the concrete measures to construct the practical teaching system of exhibition specialty from the angle of teaching practice:1.perfecting the personnel training program and strengthening the proportion of practical courses;2.comprehensively Strengthening on-campus practical training to improve the comprehensive quality and skills;3.actively carrying out extracurricular practice activities to understand the development trend of the industry;4.practicing“competition promotes learning and training”to improve practical application ability;5.carrying out targeted internship practice,integrating theory with practice organically;6.strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and explore the“order-based”talent training mode.
