新时代党和国家尤其重视深化职业教育教学改革,特别注重培养技术技能型创新人才。工匠精神的提出愈加要求高职院校积极发挥服务地方经济发展、助推科学技术创新的重要职能,科学探索为国家和社会输送创新创业人才。面对当前高职院校工匠精神贯彻落实不到位、创新创业人才培养不科学等问题,非常有必要推动高职院校专业教学与人才培养改革,在具体学科专业课程教学中渗透工匠精神重要事项,在创新创业教育实践中调整人才培养方案,最终创新完善基于工匠精神的高职院校创新创业人才培养路径,切实提高高职院校人才培养质量和整体办学水平。
