摘要
希浦系统起搏是目前最具潜力的生理性起搏方式,初步的临床应用展示了良好的前景,现阶段可作为心脏再同步治疗无反应患者的有效替代手段,实现更佳的心脏再同步,逆转重构。本文就希浦系统起搏的研究进展进行综述。
His-Purkinje system pacing is currently the most potential physiological pacing method.The preliminary clinical study shows good prospects.At this stage,it can be used as an effective alternative to cardiac resynchronization therapy in patients with non-response,achieving better cardiac resynchronization and reversing myocardial remodeling.This article reviews the research progress of His-Purkinje system pacing.
