Xinjiang has rich and gorgeous cultural resources due to its special geographical location and historical humanities.Turning cultural resources into cultural advantages and economic capital is an important direction for maintaining Xinjiang's sustainable development and is also the historical mission of Xinjiang under the"the Belt And Road"initiative.The rise of"Animation Economy"leads the animation culture to a broader development space.Xinjiang has obvious cultural resources advantages in"animation".This paper combs the transformation status of Xinjiang cultural resources in the direction of Animation Industrialization and animation assistance of other industries,and puts forward targeted strategies for specific problems.
