胃镜电凝止血结合创面给药治疗胃溃疡出血的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical Effect and Safety Analysis of Gastroscope Electrocoagulation and Hemostasis Combined with Wound Administration to Treat Gastric Ulcer Bleeding

目的:探讨胃镜电凝止血结合创面给药治疗对胃溃疡出血患者临床疗效及安全性的影响.方法:选取2017年9月~2019年8月于南开医院就诊的86例胃溃疡出血患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组采用胃镜电凝止血,观察组加用蒙脱石散创面给药.于治疗4周后比较两组临床疗效、止血时间、住院时间、输血量及不良反应.结果:观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%;观察组止血时间及住院时间为(1.26±0.31)d、(6.33±1.52)d,短于对照组;观察组输血量为(351.62±21.47)mL,少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:胃镜电凝止血结合创面给药治疗可增强胃溃疡出血患者止血效果,缩短止血时间,减少输血量,且安全性较高.

Objective:To explore the effect of gastroscope electrocoagulation and hemostasis combined with wound administration on the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods:From September 2017 to August 2019,86 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding who were treated in Nankai Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 43 cases.The control group was treated with gastroscope electrocoagulation to stop bleeding,and the observation group was treated with montmorillonite powder.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,hemostasis time,hospital stay,blood transfusion and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group;the bleeding time and hospitalization time of the observation group were(1.26±0.31)d and(6.33±1.52)d,which were shorter than that of the control group;(351.62±21.47)mL,less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gastroscope electrocoagulation and hemostasis combined with wound administration can enhance the hemostatic effect of patients with gastric ulcer bleeding,shorten the time of hemostasis,reduce the amount of blood transfusion,and have higher safety.
