高血压脑出血内镜治疗研究进展

高血压脑出血是临床较为常见的危重急症,其治疗是临床研究的重点内容.传统主要采用开颅手术对高血压脑出血进行治疗,但是开颅手术会给患者造成较大的创伤,不利于患者术后的快速康复;同时开颅手术治疗手术时间长,患者术中出血量大,容易给患者带来一些潜在的风险隐患.在上世纪八十年代人们提出了高血压脑出血的内镜治疗方式,有效改善了高血压脑出血的治疗效果,随后其开始在临床高血压脑出血治疗中广泛应用.经过近些年的发展,内镜治疗高血压脑出血不断成熟和完善.很多学者关于高血压脑出血的内镜治疗方法也开展了一系列研究,本文将这些研究进行综述,以期为临床高血压脑出血的治疗提供参考.

Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is a clinically more serious emergency,and its treatment is the key content of clinical research.Traditionally,craniotomy is mainly used to treat hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,but craniotomy will cause greater trauma to the patient,which is not conducive to the patient’s rapid recovery after surgery;at the same time,craniotomy surgery takes a long time to operate,and the patient’s intraoperative blood loss Large,easy to bring some potential risks to patients.In the 1980s,people proposed the endoscopic treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,which effectively improved the therapeutic effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and then it began to be widely used in clinical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.After recent years of development,endoscopic treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has been continuously mature and perfect.Many scholars have also carried out a series of studies on the endoscopic treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.This article reviews these studies in order to provide a reference for the treatment of clinical hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
