电子血压计的应用研究进展

在患者长期的治疗过程中血压的检测就显得特别重要,有助于患者及时了解血压的控制水平和药物的治疗效果.血压的检测整体上可分为直接检测和间接检测两种类型,直接检测具有测量结果准确的特点,但是会给患者造成一定的创伤,难以在短时间内进行多次检测.间接检测方法虽然没有直接检测方法结果准确,但是操作简单方便,可重复性强,随时都可以检测,便于普通患者对于血压进行持续性监测.电子血压计为血压间接检测的有效工具,为患者的血压检测带来了巨大的便利.因此近些年很多专家学者关于电子血压计的应用开展了大量的研究工作,并且取得了一些新认识和新进展,本文将这些进展进行综述,以期为临床应用提供借鉴.

In the long-term treatment of patients,the detection of blood pressure is particularly important,which is helpful for patients to know the control level of blood pressure and the therapeutic effect of drugs in time.The detection of blood pressure can be divided into two types:direct detection and indirect detection.Direct detection has the characteristics of accurate measurement results,but it will cause certain trauma to patients,and it is difficult to detect multiple times in a short time.Although indirect detection method is not accurate,it is easy to operate,highly repeatable and can be detected at any time.It is convenient for ordinary patients to carry out continuous monitoring of blood pressure.Electronic sphygmomanometer is an effective tool for indirect detection of blood pressure,which brings great convenience for patients’blood pressure detection.Therefore,in recent years,many experts and scholars have carried out a lot of research work on the application of electronic sphygmomanometer,and made some new understanding and progress.This paper will review these progress in order to provide reference for clinical application.
