鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Non-invasive Fungal Sinusitis

目的:分析鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床效果.方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月本院收治66例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者,随机将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用药物治疗的方式,实验组采用鼻内镜手术治疗的方式,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果:实验组治疗的有效率是96.97%,对照组治疗的有效率是75.76%,实验组高于对照组,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎具有显著的临床效果.

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery on non-invasive fungal sinusitis.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,66 patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis were treated in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the experimental group was intranasal.The method of endoscopic surgery was used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.97%,and the effective rate in the control group was 75.76%.The experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic sinus surgery for the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
