单孔和双孔胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸的疗效分析

目的:探讨单孔和双孔胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸的临床效果.方法:选择2017年2月~2019年4月入院接受治疗的82例自发性气胸患者作为此次研究对象,将其中41例采用单孔胸腔镜手术治疗的患者作为观察组,将其中41例使用双孔胸腔镜手术治疗的患者作为对照组,并对治疗效果进行比较.结果:两组患者均顺利完成治疗,治疗后对比切口长度、胸腔引流量、胸腔引流管留置时间以及住院时间、VAS评分,分别为(2.3±0.4)cm、(120.6±12.3)m L、(2.4±0.3)d、(6.4±0.8)d、(2.7±0.2)分,均显示观察组明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05).结论:单孔与双孔胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸的效果均较为理想,技术上均较为可行,但相对而言单孔法更利于患者恢复,切口更小,临床应用效果更为显著.
