摘要
目的:对无创呼吸机正压通气下给予患者白三烯受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特钠治疗哮喘的疗效进行调研和分析.方法:选择2017年1月~2019年1月到本院呼吸内科接受哮喘治疗的78例患者作为调研对象,以随机法分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例).其中,对照组患者接受无创呼吸机正压通气治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者接受孟鲁司特钠片治疗.观察并对比两组患者临床症状缓解时间、哮喘发作次数、肺功能指标以及血气分析指标.结果:观察组患者的咳嗽缓解时间、胸闷缓解时间、喘息缓解时间、白天哮喘发作次数以及夜间哮喘发作次数明显低于对照组;观察组的FEV1、FVC、PEF、SpO2指标明显高于对照组,PaCO2指标低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在哮喘患者接受治疗的过程中,采用无创呼吸机正压通气联合孟鲁司特钠片的临床治疗效果较好.
Objective:To investigate and analyze the efficacy of leukotriene receptor antagonist montelukast sodium given to patients under non-invasive ventilator positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of asthma.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,78 patients who received asthma treatment in our department of respiratory medicine were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into a control group(39 cases)and an observation group(39 cases).Among them,the patients in the control group received noninvasive ventilator positive pressure ventilation treatment,and on this basis,the patients in the observation group received montelukast sodium tablets.Observe and compare the clinical symptom relief time,the number of asthma attacks,lung function indexes and blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups of patients.Results:The observation group’s cough relief time,chest tightness relief time,wheezing relief time,daytime asthma attacks and nighttime asthma attacks were significantly lower than the control group;the observation group’s FEV1,FVC,PEF,SpO2 indicators were significantly higher than the control group,PaCO2 index was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of asthma patients,the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator positive pressure ventilation combined with montelukast sodium tablets is better,and it is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment.
