应用麻醉深度检测仪对口腔正颌手术全身麻醉患者伤害性刺激强度的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on the Application of Depth of Anesthesia Detector to Noxious Stimulus Intensity in Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia for Orthognathic Surgery

目的:探讨麻醉深度检测仪对口腔正颌手术全身麻醉患者伤害性刺激强度的可行性.方法:选择本院2018年4月~2019年4月收治的口腔正颌手术全身麻醉患者68例.按照随机数法分为两组,对照组患者采用常规全身麻醉,观察组常规基础上应用麻醉深度检测仪,比较两组患者的麻醉情况.结果:观察组患者的麻醉苏醒时间早于对照组,麻醉总用量少于对照组,术中睁眼、肢动发生情况评价明显优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者均未由于麻醉不当而导致不良后果出现.结论:使用麻醉深度检测仪有利于降低口腔正颌手术的麻醉用量,苏醒时间更早,麻醉效果好,降低患者术中睁眼、肢动情况,安全可靠.

Objective:To explore the feasibility of anesthesia depth detector for nociceptive stimulation intensity in patients undergoing general anesthesia in orthognathic surgery.Methods:68 patients under general anesthesia for orthognathic surgery in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected.Random number method was divided into two groups,the control group patients underwent routine general anesthesia,and the observation group applied routine anesthesia depth detector on a routine basis to compare the anesthesia status of the two groups of patients.Results:The anesthesia recovery time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group,the total amount of anesthesia was less than that of the control group,and the evaluation of eye opening and limb movement during operation was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Neither group of patients experienced adverse consequences due to improper anesthesia.Conclusion:The use of anesthesia depth detector is conducive to reducing the amount of anesthesia for oral orthognathic surgery.The recovery time is earlier,the anesthesia effect is good,and the patients'open eyes and limb movements during operation are safe and reliable.
