分析腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除与单纯的阴式全子宫切除治疗子宫脱垂的疗效及预后

To Analyze the Efficacy and Prognosis of Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy and Simple Vaginal Hysterectomy for Uterine Prolapse

目的:分析腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除与单纯的阴式全子宫切除治疗子宫脱垂的疗效及预后情况.方法:在本院2016年6月~2018年6月收治子宫脱垂患者中抽取100例,按照采用腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除治疗方式和单纯的阴式全子宫切除治疗方式均分为实验组与对照组,每组均为50例,手术结束后对两组患者的治疗效果与预后情况进行比较.结果:实验组患者的手术相关指标明显好于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗结束1年后,实验组患者的术后复发率为4%(2/50),对照组患者的术后复发率为22%(11/50),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在对患者进行子宫切除治疗子宫脱垂时,采用腹腔镜进行辅助手术能够极好的帮助患者提升手术效果,降低其术后复发概率.

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and prognosis of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy and simple vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine prolapse.Methods:100 cases of patients with uterine prolapse treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were divided into two types according to laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy treatment and simple vaginal hysterectomy treatment.In the experimental group and the control group,there were 50 cases in each group.After the operation,the treatment effect of the two groups of patients was compared with the prognosis.Results:The operation-related indexes of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate of patients in the experimental group was 4%(2/50),and the recurrence rate of patients in the control group was 22%(11/50).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:When performing hysterectomy on patients with uterine prolapse,laparoscopic assisted surgery can help patients to improve the surgical effect and reduce the probability of recurrence after surgery.
