显微镜下斜视矫正术对斜视的临床治疗价值比较

Comparison of the Clinical Value of Orthodontic Strabismus Under Microscope in the Treatment of Strabismus

目的:分析在斜视患者治疗中应用显微镜下斜视矫正术的治疗价值.方法:抽取2018年6月~2020年1月本院76例斜视患者,依据手术方案分组,观察组患者采用显微镜斜视矫正术方案治疗,同期对照组则运用传统斜视矫正术进行治疗,对比2组患者的围术期治疗、手术疗效以及术后并发症发生率等.结果:观察组的手术时长、术中失血量以及术后结膜切口愈合时间均少于对照组,且P<0.05;观察组的术后并发症发生率为5.26%,对照组为21.05%,且P<0.05;观察组总有效率为97.37%,对照组为84.21%,且P<0.05.结论:斜视患者治疗中采用显微镜辅助下斜视矫正术可取得满意疗效,有利于降低手术创伤和术后并发症发生率,并加快术后结膜切口愈合.

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic value of microscope orthodontic strabismus in the treatment of strabismus patients.Methods:From June 2018 to January 2020,76 strabismus patients in our hospital were selected and divided into groups according to the operation plan.The observation group was treated with the microscope strabismus correction plan,while the control group was treated with the traditional strabismus correction plan.The perioperative treatment,surgical efficacy and postoperative complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The operative duration,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative conjunctival incision healing time of the observation group were all less than those of the control group,and P<0.05.The postoperative complication rate was 5.26%in the observation group and 21.05%in the control group,with P<0.05.The total effective rate was 97.37%in the observation group and 84.21%in the control group,with P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of strabismus patients,the use of microscope-assisted strabismus correction can achieve satisfactory results,which is beneficial to reduce the rate of surgical trauma and postoperative complications,and accelerate the postoperative conjunctival incision healing.
