CO2点阵激光在治疗皮肤瘢痕疾病中的价值及患者认可度

摘要 目的:探讨CO2点阵激光在治疗皮肤瘢痕疾病中的价值及对患者的认可度.方法:收集本院表浅瘢痕色素沉着的患者,分为研究组(采取超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗)和对照组(采取优化脉冲光治疗).对比两组4个疗程治疗结束后治疗疗效;两组患者对于治疗认可度;两组患者治疗前后温哥华瘢痕评分.结果:研究组4个疗程治疗结束后治疗疗效为92%,明显高于对照组80%,两组结果比较有差异(P<0.05);研究组患者对于治疗认可度高于对照组,两组结果比较有差异(P<0.05);两组治疗前温哥华瘢痕评分结果比较无差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后温哥华瘢痕评分低于对照组,两组结果比较有差异(P<0.05).结论:C O2点阵激光治疗表浅瘢痕色素沉着疗效肯定,患者认可度好. Objective:To explore the value of CO2 dot-matrix laser in the treatment of skin scar diseases and the recognition of patients.Methods:Patients with superficial scar pigmentation in our hospital were collected and divided into a research group(taking super-pulse CO2 dot-matrix laser treatment)and a control group(taking optimized pulsed light treatment).Comparing the therapeutic effect of the two groups after 4 courses of treatment;the approval of the two groups of patients for treatment;the Vancouver scar score before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group after the 4 courses of treatment was 92%,which was significantly higher than the control group by 80%.The results of the two groups were different(P<0.05);the treatment acceptance of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the results of the two groups are different(P<0.05);the two groups had no difference in the Vancouver scar score before treatment(P>0.05);the study group had a lower Vancouver scar score after the treatment than the control group,and the two groups had different results(P<0.05).Conclusion:CO2 dot-matrix laser is effective in the treatment of superficial scar pigmentation,and the patient’s recognition is good.
