探究消化内科无痛胃镜与普通胃镜的临床应用效果比较

To Explore the Clinical Application of Painless Gastroscopy and General Gastroscopy in Digestive Medicine

目的:实验研究消化内科无痛胃镜与普通胃镜的应用效果.方法:将2016年3月~2019年3月到本医院进行胃镜检查的患者100例作为研究对象,采用电脑随机的方法分为两组,对照组(n=50例)行普通胃镜诊疗,实验组(n=50例)行无痛胃镜诊疗,对比两组患者的诊疗效果.结果:实验组患者的治疗效率为96%,显著高于对照组的80%,发生不良反应的人数明显比对照组少,P<0.05,存在统计学意义.结论:在消化内科诊疗中应用无痛胃镜的效果显著高于普通胃镜,应用后患者不良反应发生率明显降低,有助于临床症状的改善,具有一定的推广价值,可进一步加大研究力度.

Objective:To study the application effect of painless gastroscopy and general gastroscopy in digestive medicine.Methods:Taking 100 patients who went to our hospital for gastroscopy from March 2016 to March 2019 as the research object,they were divided into two groups by computer random method,and the control group(n=50 cases)underwent general gastroscopy.The group(n=50 cases)underwent painless gastroscopy diagnosis and treatment,and compared the diagnosis and treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The treatment efficiency of the patients in the experimental group was 96%,which was significantly higher than 80%of the control group.The number of adverse reactions was significantly less than that in the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The effect of applying painless gastroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of gastroenterology is significantly higher than that of ordinary gastroscope.The incidence of adverse reactions of patients after application is significantly reduced,which is helpful for the improvement of clinical symptoms.It has certain promotion value and can be further strengthened.
