骨骼系统外伤诊断中应用16排螺旋CT与X摄片诊断的对比研究

Comparative Study on Diagnosis of Skeletal System Trauma Using 16-slice Spiral CT and X Radiography

目的:研究探讨骨骼系统外伤诊断中应用16排螺旋CT与X摄片诊断的对比.方法:该研究选择本院及上级医院2017年1月~2019年1月存在骨骼系统骨折的患者总计122例,予以患者16排螺旋C T和X摄片诊断,结果予以对比.结果:16排螺旋C T检出率相较于X摄片更高,且16排螺旋C T能够清晰成像骨骼系统骨折的有关细节.结论:针对骨骼系统骨折采用16排螺旋C T予以诊断效果显著,针对复杂性骨骼系统骨折的术前诊断以及术后评估等具有较大的优势,在临床医学中值得应用.

Objective:To study and compare the diagnosis of 16-slice spiral CT and X-ray in the diagnosis of trauma of the skeletal system.Methods:In this study,a total of 122 patients with skeletal system fractures were selected from our hospital and superior hospitals from January 2017 to January 2019.The patients were diagnosed with 16-slice spiral CT and X-rays,and the results were compared.Results:The detection rate of 16-slice spiral CT is higher than that of X-ray,and 16-slice spiral CT can clearly image the details of skeletal system fractures.Conclusion:The 16-row spiral CT diagnosis of skeletal system fractures has a significant effect.It has great advantages in preoperative diagnosis and postoperative evaluation of complex skeletal system fractures,and it is worthy of application in clinical medicine.
