观察不同射流雾化吸入装置治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调研和分析不同射流雾化吸入装置治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果.方法:将本院2017年3月~2019年3月收治的78例慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者纳入至本次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(39例)与观察组(39例),对照组给予空气泵驱动雾化吸入布地奈德,观察组则行无创正压通气联合雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,比较两组患者动脉血气参数变化情况,观察治疗效果.结果:观察组患者的动脉血pH值、PaO2指标显著高于对照组,PaCO2指标低于对照组,临床治疗的总有效率97.44%明显高于对照组84.62%(P<0.05).结论:在慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者接受治疗的过程中,采用无创正压通气联合雾化吸入布地奈德的临床效果较好. Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of different jet nebulization inhalation devices in the treatment of COPD patients with respiratory failure.Methods:78 patients with COPD and respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were included in this study,and they were divided into a control group(39 cases)and an observation group according to the numerical random table method(39 cases),the control group was given an air pump driven inhalation of budesonide,and the observation group was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined with atomization inhalation of budesonide.The changes in arterial blood gas parameters of the two groups of patients were compared to observe the treatment effect.Results:The arterial blood pH value and PaO2 index of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the PaCO2 index was lower than the control group.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,84.62%(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of receiving treatment for patients with COPD and respiratory failure,the clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation combined with inhalation of budesonide is good,and it is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment.
