摘要
目的:探讨氧气驱动与超声雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘临床价值.方法:选取本院治疗的90例小儿支气管哮喘患儿分为两组,每组各45例.对照组患儿均接受常规治疗,包括抗炎、化痰、止咳、平喘,纠正水电解质紊乱等.观察组患儿同时接受氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床疗效及患儿的症状消失时间有无差异.结果:观察组患儿的总有效率为93.33%,对照组为73.33%,观察组显著高于对照组且有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患儿发热、咳嗽、气喘、肺部体征症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对小儿支气管哮喘患儿采取氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗可取得更显著的疗效,且操作便捷、设备简单.
Objective:To explore the clinical value of oxygen-driven and ultrasonic atomization inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods:Ninety children with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The children in the control group received conventional treatment,including anti-inflammatory,phlegm,cough,asthma,and correction of water and electrolyte disorders.Children in the observation group received oxygen-driven atomization inhalation therapy at the same time,and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups and whether the symptoms disappeared in the children.Results:The total effective rate of children in the observation group was 93.33%,and that in the control group was 73.33%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05);the time of disappearance of fever,cough,wheezing,and lung signs in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxygen-driven atomized inhalation therapy for children with bronchial asthma can achieve more significant results,and it is easy to operate and simple in equipment,and has the value of promotion.
