双源CT头颈部血管成像对急性脑梗死患者颈动脉狭窄的评估作用

Evaluation of Carotid Stenosis in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction by Dual Source CT Angiography

目的:进一步探讨双源CT头颈部血管成像对急性脑梗死患者颈动脉狭窄的评估作用.方法:选取本院2018年6月~2019年6月收治的急性脑梗死100例,将100例患者分成对照组和观察组,其中对照组利用数字减影血管造影技术诊断,观察组利用双源CT头颈部血管成像技术诊断,计算符合率、准确度以及敏感度.结果:无论是在符合率方面,或者是在准确度方面,亦或是在敏感度方面,两组不存在比较差异(P>0.05).结论:双源CT头颈部血管成像诊断技术的诊断结果准确性极高,可以用于急性脑梗死患者颈动脉狭窄情况的评估.

Objective:To further explore the role of dual source CT head and neck angiography in the evaluation of carotid stenosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography,and the observation group was diagnosed by dual source CT head and neck angiography,and the coincidence rate,accuracy and sensitivity were calculated.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of head and neck angiography with dual source CT is very high,which can be used to evaluate the carotid stenosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
