电针联合炙甘草汤治疗慢性心力衰竭恢复期的疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Zhigancao Decoction in the Recovery Period of Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨电针联合炙甘草汤治疗慢性心力衰竭恢复期的疗效.方法:将80例慢性心力衰竭恢复期患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组接受炙甘草汤治疗,研究组接受电针联合炙甘草汤治疗.比较两组治疗前后的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)等以及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)、脑钠肽(BNP)水平.结果:研究组治疗后LEVF为(52.05±4.76)%,CO为(5.73±1.09)L/min,SV为(65.31±4.32)mL,对照组治疗后分别为(47.63±5.31)%,(5.17±1.16)L/min,(59.08±5.47)mL,研究组心功能参数改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05).研究组治疗后的hs-CRP为(4.38±1.02)mg/L、IL-6为(29.02±5.47)ng/L、BNP为(74.36±14.82)ng/L,对照组分别为(6.53±1.14)mg/L、(34.27±6.77)ng/L、(137.41±24.38)ng/L,研究组hs-CRP、L-6、BNP水平降低明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:电针联合炙甘草汤治疗慢性心力衰竭恢复期患者可有效加强心功能,调控血清炎性细胞因子,保护心肌细胞.

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with Zhigancao decoction in the recovery period of chronic heart failure.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic heart failure in recovery stage were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each.The control group received Zhigancao decoction,and the study group received electroacupuncture combined with Zhigancao decoction.Compare left and right ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),stroke volume(SV),etc.and serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin 6(IL-6)before and after treatment,Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level.Results:After treatment,LEVF was(52.05±4.76)%,CO was(5.73±1.09)L/min,SV was(65.31±4.32)mL,control group was(47.63±5.31)%,(5.17±1.16)L/min,(59.08±5.47)mL,the improvement of cardiac function parameters in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hs-CRP in the study group was(4.38±1.02)mg/L,IL-6 was(29.02±5.47)ng/L,BNP was(74.36±14.82)ng/L,and the control group was(6.53±1.14)Mg/L,(34.27±6.77)ng/L,(137.41±24.38)ng/L,the levels of hs-CRP,L-6,and BNP in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with Zhigancao decoction can effectively improve cardiac function,regulate serum inflammatory cytokines,and protect cardiomyocytes in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure during recovery period.
