品管圈活动对提高护士心电监护仪应用能力及管理水平的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Quality Control Circle Activities on Improving Nurses’ECG Monitor Application Ability and Management Level

目的:分析探讨品管圈活动在提高护士心电监护仪应用能力及管理水平中的作用.方法:本院选取60名护士作为研究对象,活动前为A组,活动后为B组,发起品管圈活动.进而比较品管圈活动发起前后护士人员对心电监护仪的管理满意度、应用能力.结果:品管圈活动结束之后,护士人员的心电监护仪的管理满意度明显高于活动前,两组比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05;品管圈活动之后护士的应用能力评分明显高于活动前,两组比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论:品管圈活动可以有效地提高护士心电监护仪应用能力及管理水平.

Objective:To analyze and discuss the role of quality control circle activities in improving nurses’ECG monitor application ability and management level.Methods:The hospital selected 60 nurses as the research object,group A before the activity,and group B after the activity to initiate quality control circle activities.Then compare the management satisfaction and application ability of nurses to ECG monitor before and after the quality control circle activity.Results:After the quality control circle activity ended,the management satisfaction of the nurses’ECG monitors was significantly higher than before the activity,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05;the nurse’s application ability score after the quality control circle activity significantly higher than before the activity,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The activities of quality control circle can effectively improve the application ability and management level of nurses’ECG monitors.
